"We loved the color choices," commented property manager Cindy Duncan of R.J. Hallissey Company. "When the repainting was finished it created a beautiful blonde palette, but it became apparent that the effect was detrimental to the existing signage. The signs got lost. They became invisible." Duncan immediately took a proactive stance, turning the situation into an opportunity to upgrade the property's visual identification. That was a complex
proposition. With 45 individual tenant suites, 22 exterior signs and rear
door signage for each of the occupants in the nine building park, there
were numerous specifications, preferences and personalities to juggle.
An experienced property manager, Cindy Duncan knew what she wanted most
With these clear requirements, Duncan turned to Evergreen Sign and owner Jerry Downer for solutions. They worked together to rewrite signage specifications for the property that included logo and font styles as well as placement and installation on the building. Armed with new specifications and project costs based on the volume of work, Duncan advised tenants of the problem and initiated the changeover. The entire project was accomplished efficiently in just over four months. This included all the coordination and approvals, manufacturing and installation time needed to upgrade suite numbers, redesign exterior signs, replace rear door signage and create 45 satisfied tenants in the process.
Now that the last suite numbers are up, Duncan says she is thrilled with the added dimension, visibility and distinguished appearance of Gateway Corporate Center.
