We use the screen printing process when creating the same image multiple times. This process will allow you to realize cost savings on your signs. If you need more than 4 or 5 signs that are alike, this is the way to go.

After the design process, a film positive of each color of the design is imaged separately into an emulsion-coated mesh screen. Intense light on the emulsion creates the image into the mesh, allowing the ink to flow through to the substrate being printed. The screen is then positioned on the printing table for the ink to flow onto the substrate below.
